memory usage indication container

One of my containers has a very high (near 100%) memory usage. At least that is displayed on the proxmox webinterface. Inside the same container I installed webmin and on the webmin webinterface the memory usage of this same container is only about 5%.
Which one is telling the truth?

I noticed that a lot of the memory is cached, don't know why that is the case.
Probably webmin does not count this as being used and proxmox does
