memory setting not being reflected inside the VM?

Hi,
I made a Debian template. I cloned it using linked clone to create a VM.

I tried to update its memory

qm set 116 -memory 1536

It is reflected in the console.

However, inside the VM. It is still 1GB.

How do I increase the memory of a cloned VM?

Tried. Shutdown and restart VPS. It still shows 1G inside the VPS...
