Memory Issue

What would cause proxmox to suddenly lose half of my ram out of the blue? Both sticks are detected in bios just fine, and dmidecode also shows both stick. But for what ever reason on 7.63gbs of my 16gbs on the summery page.
 
That sounds very unlikely at first, please post some evidence so that we can check it.
 
Here is the output of [dmidecode -t memory -q]
And I attached a screenshot of the summery page show that it only has 7.63gms of ram.

Hi,
what does cat /proc/meminfo say? Please post the output of pveversion -v and check your system logs/journal for any related messages.

Honestly I'm not even sure what I'm looking for at this point, I pretty sick right know so I'm not thinking clearly.
The syslog is miles long at this point and I didn't see anything obvious ,but here is the output of journalctl -b
