[SOLVED] Memory Hotplug Causing Boot Error

Hi,

Below is our situation :

-Memory hotplug is enable, VM RAM increase to 32 GB and the VM reboot, boot will fail with this error "kernel panic not syncing system is deadlock". But if we disable hotplug, RAM can be increase to 32 GB, 64 GB and VM boot up without issue

-Proxmox 8.1.3
-LVM Storage

Hi,

Added this to grub config works :

memhp_default_state=online

Memory hotplug can be increase to 64 GB, 128 GB and boot without any issue.
