Please tell me - which is official way to register https://pve.proxmox.com/mediawiki/ account to suggest edits and put new tutorial pages?

Ahh, I don't know if that's possible but the team keep documentation up to date when you hit help!

The registration for the wiki is closed at the moment.

If you want though, you can post your tutorials here and we can put it up on the wiki. Or you can send emails to the mailing list for edit suggestions.

On subject of tutorial, the problem is that it's too scattered and doesn't help anyone. Especially if it doesn't hit search engines. My 2 cents
