the new maxfiles option in the web interface defaluts to 1 overwrighting the maxfiles in vzdump.conf.
after updating to 1.9 the backup worked that night with no problems, we changed the backup time the next day and it removed 5 backups just because we did not see the change in the web interface when we changed the backup time.
