Mattermost container

I'm about to manually install mattermost inside a default Debian Jessie LXC, does anyone have a link to how to create an LXC template? Seeing that I am setting it up anyway I could try and make a template for it.

Installation instructions: http://docs.mattermost.com/install/prod-debian.html seems pretty straight forward.

Had a look, way over my head unfortunately.
Based on those instructions, its not even clear to me how to get started. It is suggested NOT to run it in a production environment and it says:

• Proxmox VE (fastest)
• Proxmox VE inside Proxmox VE (KVM) - (most comfortable)
• Proxmox VE inside VMWare/XEN 64bit virtual machine
• Debian 64/Ubuntu 64 with OpenVZ Kernel (not tested)

I could give it a try with the bolded choice but what does that mean? What OS should be running inside the KVM? The way it is phrased it sounds like I would be installing Proxmox VE inside a KVM running on my Proxmox VE production system?

Anyway, I guess I've got not business thinking about building appliances at this point in time, I just wanted to add my 2cents.

Install a PVE inside a KVM PVE (LXC is not possible, you need KVM). Then build your template. It is very easy.
