Hi all,

I removed a VM,"VM A", but didn´t check the box "Delete all reference" so now a previously cloned "VM B" from that deleted "VM A" recognizes that the disk previously belonging to "VM A" is in used and that "VM B" cannot be started.
How can I manually delete the references left by "VM A" in order to get "VM B" up and running?

I tried to alter the disk storage (by increasing the amount of storage) for "VM B" and it started but after a restart of the PVE-server the problem was yet again valid and hindering the start of "VM B"..
The error received when trying to start "VM B" is
"can´t deactivate LV '/dev/<storage_path>/vm-<vm identifier for "VM B">-disk-1': Logical volume <storage_path/vm-<vm identifier for "VM B">-disk-1 in use.
Can´t deactivate LV '/dev/<storage_path>/vm-<vm identifier for "VM B">-disk-0': Logical volume <storage_path/vm-<vm identifier for "VM B">-disk-0 in use..."
But since the "VM A" has been removed the disk should not be in use.

Any ideas?

Hi,
please post the output of
Code:
pveversion -v
qm config <ID of VM B>
lvs
and the complete log for the VM <ID> - Start task.
