Make node forget about cluster

Hello , on a 3 node cluster, i deletet node 3 , from inside master node.
Now node 3 stiil thinks it is member of cluster.
How can I reset node 3 and rejoin cluster?

Oh sorry, I was in the wrong forum :/

Do a clean reinstall and then join it again.
