Mail Rejected, but Sender Domain in Whitelist

I have the same mail approx 50 times in the proxmox tracking center from a sender, who is in the whitelist (bmd.at)

I get this message :

please write in detail what you have whit listed.

but its better to open a ticket via https://my.proxmox.com, and attach your config there (backup file).
 
seem you enabled "receiver verification"?
 
First, sorry for 2 threads, i saw now the other tread appeard too...

And sorry, i just saw, the other side wrote the email adress of our receipent wrong....

The person from the other side wrote the name wrong.


but can you help me, can i route this mail to the receipent? I get every minute a message that this mail cant be delivered in proxmox...
