[SOLVED] Mail no route no host problem

hi,
we can receive email but we did not send email.
we did face the below problems


connect to alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[2a00:1450:4025:c03::1b]:25: Network is unreachable

connect to mail.dolfinelektrik.com.tr[77.92.134.31]:25: No route to host
 
connect to alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com[2a00:1450:4025:c03::1b]:25: Network is unreachable
that ususally means that your host is not connected via IPv6 - mails can still flow through IPv4

connect to mail.dolfinelektrik.com.tr[77.92.134.31]:25: No route to host
does the network connectivity of you PMG work? (can you ping 8.8.8.8)
if yes this can also simply mean that mail.dolfinelektrik.com.tr is down
