I have an exchange server mail contact helpdesk@domain.com that forwards mail to helpdesk@domain.zendesk.com. Since adding the PMG this contact has stopped working
I get Remote Server returned '<10.102.88.6 #5.7.1 smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay>'
I have tried whitelisting, entering the domain in relay domains, and adding zendesks networks into the mail proxy with no luck.
If anyone could shed some light on how to fix this would be awesome.
