MAC Address change after upgrade of PVE to 2.6.32

The Mail Gateway License is complaining about MAC address change since I've upgraded the PVE.

Do I need a new license?

do you use the latest version? 2.6 - 4594 (apply latest hotfix)

if not, update. better?

I'm using v2.4. however I have tried to apply a service pack to no avail. It just sits there with the "please wait" message.

I'm guessing that I should start with the servicepack_2.5-2.4.bin download and work up through them? Either way, they don't install.

PS I've tried with Firefox, IE8 and Safari. Is there a command line way of doing the mailgate upgrade?

if you got 2.4 you need to apply:

1. service pack 2.5
2. service pack 2.6
3. hotfix 2.6-4594

use ie8 (best log view, all other browsers does not refresh the update log automatically)

I have tried but just sits there until it times out. Can I do it via command line?
Or reinstall and recover setting from backup?

Simly relead the page - does that help?

That just reloads the page 'pre submission'. I re-downloaded the update file in case that was corrupt but it still does not update.....

do you have any virus scanner (or defender) running on your desktop? disable and try again. if you do not succeed, open a support ticket via support@..

I turned off MS Security Essentials (Defender is stopped) and the same issue, it just hangs until timeout when uploading service pack. 2.5-2.4. Progress bar moves to end with IE (not Firefox) but then nothing happens. I'll contact support.
