LXC: pure-ftpd: 421 Unable to switch capabilities : Operation not permitted

Hi,
I have migrated OpenVZ to LCX (CentOS) - all seem fine except one thing :

FTP is not starting with error:

pure-ftpd: 421 Unable to switch capabilities : Operation not permitted

LXC details :

centos-release-6-9.el6.12.3.x86_64
Linux myhost 4.10.17-1-pve #1 SMP PVE 4.10.17-16 (Tue, 11 Jul 2017 09:55:44 +0200) x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Main server :
4.10.17-1-pve , latest proxmox 5 (upgraded today)

Is this an LXC BUG , or is it possible to somhow enable those capabilities ?

Recompile pure-ftpd to get this to work or use some technology from this millenium.

Hi,
Yes i've seen those solutions with recompile. However, i cant really recompile , as im using control panel which updates packages constantly , and i have roughly 20VPSes running on it. Maybe theres another possible solution on this ?

You can always try other ftp-server...

Well all pachages and users are managed by the Control Panel (Kloxo mr) , thus i cant just simply recompile or change pachakge - as it sould be workable at Control panel level .
Thus my question is not about how NOT to use pure-ftp, but rather ho i can fix it
