lxc mounts

I'm planning to create a lxc container that uses mounted storage for /var/vmail folder.
Any advice on how to do that with SMB or NFS? (on QNAP NAS).

Use the fstab in the container?!
Worked for me with NFS. But for NFS you have to modify some apparmor config. Soultion can be found in the forum.

I dropped the way because I got some headache with ACLs on my OMV NAS and my Webservers.

I'm testing now with SMB / CIFS and it seems to work well with /var/vmail folder since Dovecot does not use symlinks but not so well with /var/www folder since ISPconfig control panel does use symlinks.

symlink "/var/www/ispconfig" -> "/usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web" failed: Operation not supported
