As I don't know where to put my bug report, if it is one, the fact of putting ipfilter at 1, generates an error to pve-firewall during the restart.

For example, with the following options, I have no mistakes.

I activate the option by setting it to 1.

Is this the expected behaviour, it seems strange to me, do you confirm?

With kind regards.

I almost forgot, the problem disappears when in the datacenter, the ebtables option is at 0.

By checking ebtables, and the ipfilter option in one of the containers, we have the error reported in the title.

With kind regards.

As I don't know where to put my bug report,
Please use our bugzilla for this: https://bugzilla.proxmox.com - this particular issue has already been filed (https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2193) and there's already a patch posted to our mailing-list - (https://pve.proxmox.com/pipermail/pve-devel/2019-May/036801.html ) - the bug will be updated once the fix is committed and packaged.
see https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/p...error-unable-to-apply-firewall-changes.25105/ for further discussion.

The issue does not prevent the rules from being set, but causes excessive fw-reloads

Hope this helps!
