Hi,

I noticed that the WebGUI of my HomeLab showed all LXC containers offline. I checked and it looks like it is due to a kernel bug
Code:
Oct 12 07:59:20 pve4 kernel: BUG: kernel NULL pointer dereference, address: 000000000000004c
Oct 12 07:59:21 pve4 kernel: #PF: supervisor read access in kernel mode
Oct 12 07:59:21 pve4 kernel: #PF: error_code(0x0000) - not-present page

The app servers running in those containers are still accessible.
pct enter still works
pct list does not work
I have tried to gather all details that might be relevant below

Code:
root@pve4:~# ps -o pid,ppid,stat,wchan:32,etime,args -p 1911,223964

Good morning do you use a Mini PC? Can you tell us which one?
Are all of your drives and zfs Pool alive?

Hi,
This is a repurposed Laptop with AMD Ryzen 4700U (Yoga 6 13ARE05). I have two HDDs and one SSD connected via USB. As far as I can tell there are no issues with the storage: read and write still works normally and zpool statusshows no issues. Other than lxc-info being stuck the system seems to run normally. I will delay a reboot for a while in case there is any other data that I should salvage first

Hi
I see no relation to a storage issue here, just a kernel oops. Any reason why you think replacing the cable would help us investigate?
