I am installed PVE 6.0-12 from ISO image - fresh install.
During installation it was created storages - local and local-lvm by default:
local:
Type Directory
Usage 10.32% (7.01 GiB of 67.91 GiB)
local-lvm:
Type LVM-Thin
Usage 0.00% (0 B of 181.66 GiB)
When I try to create new VM I have the error:
Error writing device /dev/sda3 at 4096 length 512.
bcache_invalidate: block (4, 0) still dirty
Failed to write mda header to /dev/sda3 fd -1
Failed to write metadata area header
Error writing device /dev/sda3 at 4096 length 512.

TASK ERROR: unable to create VM 110 - lvcreate 'pve/vm-110-disk-0' error: Failed to write metadata area header
The installation is fresh, can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
This error is the same on two servers, that I insatlled.
