LVM over iSCSI Won't Reconnect

I tried to connect a windows box to the same iscsi target as my proxmox VMs. Once connected, as soon as I initialized the drive as a GPT disk, the LVM for my proxmox nodes went inactive. All my guests were still functioning, but I can't start them back up once they've been shutdown. I've disconnected the windows box from the iscsi device and tried rebooting a node, with no success.

Can I get this LVM back online or have I fucked myself?
