LVM Disk Naming Changed

Not sure when or why, but with the newer versions any newly created LV for a VM naming has changed slightly. The first one used to be vm-100-disk-1, now its vm-100-disk-0. Does anyone know why this change was made, or if its something configurable?

This was a consistency cleanup. It is not configurable.
