LSI 9240 Raid Won't Boot

Hello.

Does anyone have Proxmox working with the LSI 9240 MegaRaid. I have attempted a couple of times to set this up, but I just get errors on the Booting the system part of the CD image.

All the errors seem to be with the LSI 9240 megaraid, so I wanted to make sure it was just a non supported raid card rather than a hardware fault.

Just a quick reply to this thread in case anyone else comes across it like I did (via google search or similar).

I just tested a new system today (Jan-6-2012) built around LSI 9240-4i (4 drive version). (4 drives attached - 2 x 250gb SAS in a Raid1 and 2 x 3Tb SATA in a Raid1). Booting with ProxVE ver 1.7 installer CD media fails to detect the controller/drives. Booting with ProxVE 1.9 installer CD and everything is perfect - both raid vols are seen just fine / expected sizes etc. So this controller seems to work fine now with more current Kernel/drivers/etc.
