Low speed on connection between Windows VMs

Anybody knows why 2 proxmox Windows guests can communicate each other with speed about 2Gbps when 2 linux vms about 9-10Gbps?

What type/model are the virtual NICs of the different VMs?

Both have virtio as network adapter.

windows virtio nic are slower than linux, but it's really depend on the number of queues && size of the packets.

how do you bench your windows nic ?
