Low internet speed on some VM and host

Hello,

This is my first time posting on this forum, i have a weird problem with Proxmox (or maybe hardware, i don't realy know).

On every VM and on the host, i have a very bad upload speed but on one specific VM i have a standard upload speed.

To illustrate :



What could make this happen ? (i've run the tests one after another, not all at once.)

Well the problem is solved.

Am going to explain it in case someone face the same issue:
It is a bug of speedtest-cli on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS : see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/speedtest-cli/+bug/1828929
