lost old backups problem

we lost old backups suddenly without any action on PBS, i want ask this can be happen?
PBS version is 1.1-14

what exactly does "you lost them" mean? are the backups gone, or are they corrupt/are you unable to restore?

normally backups will only be deleted by a pruning and/or manual deletion

backups are gone and we cant see in the backups list.
all backups created by this command:
vzdump {vmNo} --mode snapshot --prune-backups keep-all=1 --storage {storage}

but is there a prune job configured on the pbs side?

can you check your pbs task logs and /var/log/proxmox-backup/api/access.log for deletion/pruning tasks?

we check backups directory and found out all backups exist there but dont shows in contents list in panel.
