My fresh install of Proxmox is saying "lost async page write". My drive is clear and has only 2 container with a total of 36gb (my local-lvm has about 128gb). Please help.

Hi,
did you already check if your drive is healthy with e.g. smartctl -a /path/to/disk? When exactly do the errors occur, please share the full log from around the time it happens.

After trying to install an ISO of windows, it shows these errors and you can not access the terminal via SSH or on the devices its self. With crystaldisk, it shows 0 bad blocks. Also while attempting to install the ISO, the GUI shows local-lvm's status goes into unknown. Edit: The SSD is a Kingston 240gb. I can install a Ubuntu ISO though.unnamed.jpg

The very first error indicates that the device is (considered) offline for some reason. I guess it's only natural that IO fails then. I'd try using a different cable and port to check if the problem lies there. What does the smartctl command I suggested output?

Thanks, I have switched to a brand new cable and it is working well already. I will need to wait to really see though.

I cant find the disk path, also it still pops up the error, should I try a different SSD?
