Looking for solution to configure sync=disabled

Hi,
I installed proxmox 5.2
it work perfectly everything well. just we face a high io delay
i'm using file system storage
i found a solution on the forum about zfs with sync=disabled.
can i use it with file system to improve the performance and avoid high io load issue?
