Looking for ein VM/CT disksize limitation

Hello,

in our schoolenvierement we have about 500 users, working with Proxmox. Once a year it will happening that a CT/VM with a big disksize (more the 1 TB) will be created. Is there a way to create a rule for the disksize for a CT and a other rule for VM depending on user groups. I had searched for it, but i couldn't find anything.
