[SOLVED] Login failed. Please try again

I have this error after I add a node to my Proxmox....
idk what to do

You always need at least 3 nodes (or 2 nodes + qdevice) to form a cluster. Right now you got 1 node running of a 2 node cluster, so no quorum and because of that the remaining node won't work too.
