Hi fellows,
I upgraded proxmox to version 7. This specific server had a LXC container and two volume group. The first one had rootfs, the second one (mp0) had some files.
When joining this server into a cluster I accidentally deleted this LXC container and the logical volumes of it (vm-105-disk-0 at local-lvm and vm-105-disk-0 at "storage").
I recovered a backup of this LXC container but proxmox created two logical volume at local-lvm (vm-105-disk-0 that contains rootfs and vm-105-disk-1 that shoulda contain many files).
The volume group "storage" seens to be now empty but i didn't wrote anything there. How can i recover this logical volume pointing it to right volume group?
I found out at /etc/lvm/archive a vg file created before execution of lvremove but when i try to execute vgcfgrestore --test -f FILE_NAME it fails and says:
vgcfgrestore file_storage --test -f file_storage_00015-1505173285.vg
TEST MODE: Metadata will NOT be updated and volumes will not be (de)activated.
Volume group file_storage has active volume: volume_storage.
Volume group file_storage has active volume: volume_storage.
Volume group file_storage has active volume: volume_storage_tdata.
Volume group file_storage has active volume: volume_storage_tmeta.
WARNING: Found 4 active volume(s) in volume group "file_storage".
Restoring VG with active LVs, may cause mismatch with its metadata.
Do you really want to proceed with restore of volume group "file_storage", while 4 volume(s) are active? [y/n]: y
Consider using option --force to restore Volume Group file_storage with thin volumes.
Restore failed.
What can i do to recover my those data?
