I have updated to the April 01 (seriously hope it wasn't a joke). Anyways, afterwards the vm's I have all fail to start unless I # out the pci passthrough. So that means no WAN and LAN is down ; !@#! Ahhh ... Seems that there have been people BRICKING the system to go back to 1.02 for this very reason.

The really kicker here that gets is the necessary setting is locked out in the AMD menu ; unless there is a hidden menu I am unaware of it seems this update has brought down the server. Without a fix it could be for good. Can't say I would recommend the MS-A2 after this fiasco!
BTW ; AI says : " Once you're in NBIO Common Options, look for Kernel DMA Protection Indicator. The setting may be set to Auto by default; you should change it to Disabled"
This is maybe a common setting but we don't have access. Is there a Proxmox workaround .. My wife is looking at me like she wants to make me sleep outside in the camper due to the internet going down. AHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhh
