local node address: cannot use IP 'XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX', not found on local node!

Hi everyone, I created a cluster,
it is about 3 machines taken on ovh with the vrack
the servers have two interfaces
a public vmb0 pointing to a card
while the traffic of the cluster I'm running it on a bridge hooked to a separate vlan on the vrack with network 10.0.0.0/29.

I was able without problems to connect the second known to the cluster but in the third it does not join. I can't understand why all the machines ping both in the public interface and on the cluster network. They are all configured the same how can I diagnose the problem?

do you get any result if you run

ip address show to 10.0.0.0/29 up

on the problematic node.

What is the output of pveversion -v?
