Local apt mirror for PVE Enterprise Repository

Not yet, but we will offer a new tool set for this in a few weeks.
 
Another qn, can the community repo be enabled together with the enterprise repo?

Sure, but what is the point in that? You will always install the newest versions, so they will come from the non-subscription one (or test if you also add that). The versions present in the enterprise repository are the same in the other ones, but most of the time a lower version number, so therefore the newer ones are used. You can lower the priority of the non-enterprise ones, but then again, what's the point then?
