Loadbalancing

We are experiencing problems using inbound IPv6 traffic (https and mail) with FreeBSD as a VM.
Connectivity is unstable; sometimes there is no inward connection and sometimes there is.

When we check IPv6 through https://internet.nl/mail/devrijegeest.nl/ all is fine.
When we update our certificate with Letsencrypt, IPv6 is denied.

We are investigating the issue on three parts:

1. FreeBSD VM (OK)
2a0a:ef40:1827:f101:6ce4:3818:306b:586e
Setup IPv6 for Postfix, Apache, sshd and Dovecot

2. Router to VM (Fritz! (OK)
2a0a:ef40:1827:f101:6ce4:3818:306b:586e
Open ports 22, 25, 80, 110, 143, 443, 587, 993, 995

3. Third and last we might oversee something on Proxmox itself?
A colleague suggests that there might be a loadbalancers issue:

"This appears to be dependent on the source port (and possibly address) as using the following source ports

This could indicate that a load balancer is being used".

Personally I have no(t yet) knowledge about that. Is Proxmox using load balancing?

Proxmox VE does not load-balance guest traffic, vmbr0 is a plain Linux bridge; L2 forwarding only, no NAT, and no connection tracking at all unless the PVE firewall is switched on.
