Load balancing between Proxmox with Kubernetes

Hi!

We have 3 identical servers with proxmox VE6.2 installed on it we want to use it as a HA kubernetes cluster.
My question is, is there any solution to make the load balancing with proxmox?

If I know right kubernetes not able to loadbalancing between physical servers. Proxmox have solution?

Kubernetes is just a orchestration mechanism for containers. Load balancing would be performed at the service level, not host or guest.
