Live migration with proxmox backup server

I wonder, is it possible to achieve live migration with PBS? We have live restore which works great, so are there any cons to go further and use PBS to migrate VMs?

Sorry, but what? You can live-restore a backup, what would live-migrating a backup even mean? Restore of backups from a backup storage/server and migration of guest inside a Proxmox VE cluster are rather two different and unrelated things.
