Live migration question/problem

Hi,

I have a 5 node cluster:

3 x Dual Xeon (dual core) 5148 running VE 1.8
1 x Dual Xeon (dual core hyperthreaded) 5060 running VE 1.8
1 x Dual Xeon (dual core) 5160 running VE 1.9

I can do live migration between the first three nodes with no problems.
I can do live migration from the 5060 to the first three nodes w/o any problems
I cannot do live migration from the 5148's to the 5060 (the vm dies and needs to be restarted)
I cannot do live migration to OR from the 5148's and the 5160 node.

Should I be able to do all of these migrations?
Are my "5060" migration problems because of the hyperthreading?
Are my "5160" problems because I've mixed 1.8 and 1.9?

Yes, that is a problem because the kvm version changed.

if a live migration failed, and you find a msg like "HZ mismatch: 250 != 1000" in dmesg, then it points to the two kernels involved being incompatible.
