Live Migration Issue vzquota error

I am testing the live migration of openVZ container and get the following error:

Error: Failed to undump container
vzquota : (error) Quota is not running for id 104
VM 104 migration failed -

Here is my full migration log:

/usr/sbin/vzmigrate --online 10.5.0.23 104

If have done a search on these errors but could not find an answer. Can anyone help with trouble shooting this?

Online backups are not yet fully implemented in OpenVZ Kernel 2.6.24. If you do not select online, you can still migrate when the container is running but you will got a stop/start at the end. This means the container is offline for a second.
