Link down Intel X520-DA2 network card

I have a very strange issue with Intel X520-DA2 10GBit network card installed in HP DL380 Gen8 server.

I know there was an issue with SFP+ modules so I used Intel's ones and connection was working fine under VMware.
I recently installed Proxmox VE on this host and after Proxmox starts network link goes down.

Before it fully boots it 's up. Any idea what may cause the problem?
I serached thru forums but couldn't find anything useful.

Are you sure, cabling and network config is correct?
