limit passthrough on vm?

I have vm - pfsense, and I have passthrough PF & VF nic to vm.
When I passthrough 4 nic, it's work.
But I need to passthrough more VF to pfsense now.
This is my vid.conf

I cannot passthrough hostpci4 on pfsense.
Does vm have limit nic passthrough?

I don't have any error when starting.
Just cannot see hostpci4 in my pfsense.
