License not recognized

I have a host that has two CPU sockets. I have a community license for two CPUs for this host. When I install it, I get this error message and I am not finding a solution. I am fairly new to Proxmox. I am running it on two hosts at a non-profit and also running an instance on my homelab server. The server is a Dell R

"invalid: Invalid Server ID".

Probably "staff" should answer this, but: go to https://shop.proxmox.com/index.php?rp=/login and verify your status and Server ID.

i doubt its an R740 though. by the cpu it looks more like a R710

The person who purchased them is long gone. I assume they established an account to make the purchase, but left soon after,

I was able to get someone to log in to the account that bought the licenses. Website says both licenses are active.

Fine! And the "Server ID" is also identical? If yes --> contact support; directly on that webpage (iirc) and while you're logged in.

I think the problem is that the license have the same server ID.
