Librenms

I want to install Librenms on a new node. The only format that it comes in is .OVA. I have tried using the process to convert to QCOW2 but when I specify storage as Local I am getting a failure. Can some point me to the steps I need to do to do this conversation. I am a new comer to Proxmox and would appreciate some basic guidance on this.

Isn't an OVA just a ZIP file that contains the disk image(s) and an XML file describing the device configuration?
