libguestfs manual installation

Recently,I need to install libguestfs on my PVE 7.3 but the ``` apt install ``` command executed the libguestfs version is 1.44,on this version has a bug on QEMU,so I'm eager to know how to manually install 1.51.4 version?

1.51.4 is not even in Debian unstable yet you can upgrade to PVE 8.x (which is based on Debian Bookworm, which has 1.48.6) if that is recent enough for you.
