Launch SPICE client with specific resolution

Is there a way to specify the resolution for a Linux VM so that when a SPICE console is launched, the window will resize to that resolution? Everytime I boot up the VM that has a 1920x1080 setting, the SPICE client always seems to default to a smaller display and I would have to go into desktop settings and change the resolution.
