Latest proxmox ve 6 install, provision 2 IP to KVM only 1 IP responds

I have setup a new server with the latest proxmox and updates 6.2-4, and als installed ifupdown2.

When provisioning a KVM with 2 IP's with cloud-init only 1 IP is activated. If I look in both /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth everything seems ok.

I do not know how to go further with the search for a solution and hope for some guidance here.

Seems everything is working at the moment, don't know what was making the problem. Hopefully, it will stay working...
