lan teaming / balance

Hi there everyone

We have one question, we have dell server and all of the them with the two ports lan broadcom model... but we have only connected one port to the switch...so we wonder if it is possible to make them running load balance, teaming or something similar so we can take advantage of the other lan port. any idea ??
