kvm windows server 2012 vm stops when restarting and does not start

Hi Guys

Have an issue where if a client restarts a windows server 2012 it shutdowns but does not start up again?

Any possibly reason why?

Hi,

may be this windows makes a power-cycle and so it turn off the kvm process and for sure it will not start again.
