kvm NAT mode problem

i have one server install Proxmox VE 2.1 system. ip 123.123.123.123 Internet ip

i create vm install win2003 system. network nat mode setup Local network 10.0.2.15 [Gateway 10.0.2.2 (Internet ip 123.123.123.123)]

but i want connection 3389 port remote this vm 10.0.2.15 please tell me how to do thanks.

ps.
i ping gateway 10.0.2.2 is ok . telnet 10.0.2.2 22 port is ok.
