KSM performance

Hello @ all,

I am actually testing KSM and have significant performance issues on the VMs (Windows Server 2012R2). The VMs are really lacking even on eazy tasks like "open explorer". Checking the stats on the node, I don't see really a problem becuase CPU usage is arround 10-20%, no IO delay (0.01-0.5%)

Is it possible that this VM lacking is caused by KSM?

Hi,

you can disable the service and see if the lacks go away.

systemctl stop ksmtuned.service
