Keyborad don't work

Hello everybody.
I discover Proxmox 2.1 few days ago.
I've install it on a machine. All seems good.
I connect with an other PC (Ubuntu 12.04) by Firefox.
I create a VM: Ubuntu 12.04 with CDrom on the server.
I start the console of the VM.
Ubuntu is starting in live mode. With the mouse, I can start programs, but the keyboard is not active.
I've tried "default" and "french" keyboard (in VM configuration). It's the same problem.
So I can't use the VM.
It is the same with Windows XP as VM.

Have you idea about the problem?

Hi,
you have selected the right keyboard at Datacenter -> Options -> Keyboard Layout?

Do you use an actual Jave-plugin from Oracle? I'm don't like Oracle, but with other Plugins (icetea...) I had several issues.

The keyboard is correctly "french".
The Firefox plugin is icedtea.
I've had reinstal Proxmox, and upgrade it.
It is always the same problem.
What other way exists to connect to the VM to replace java?

Hi,
the short solution: use the oracle java plugin!

You can also use the search function for vnc...
