Keyboard problem Shift key not working on special character and caps lock toggles on its own

I am unable to type the special characters such as ,./;' instead I am getting <>? with or without shift key being pressed. I am running 6.04 version of

.Also, caps LOCK turns off and on by itself. Kindly let me know any work around.

Have you tried try accessing Proxmox Console directly on any web browser via a VPN tunnel rather than inside a remote desktop session?

As a workaround, I was using ssh. I had the issue on the web browser.

Any resolution available? I am getting stuck with update as well.

Kindly help as it is very difficult to work. Every time, the system has to be reset to rectify the issue. Appreciate any assistance.
